Description

Learn the fundamentals of Apache Spark in a detailed hands-on course that explores all aspects of Apache Spark. This class is taught by experienced Spark practitioners and covers all of the core components of Spark. You will read, write, and explore data from a variety of sources. You will preprocess data by defining schemas and parsing several data types. You will explore DataFrames, transformations and actions and use them to discover solutions to business problems. This course is meant to have students learn the fundamental Spark concepts and leave the class with skills that can be applied immediately. This class is taught in either Python or Scala.
